Web Hosting Offers and Requests

I want to find a new host for my oscommerce site
I am currently experiencing problems with slow pages, when visiting virtuozo it always shows high cpu usage or system usage. and I keep reporting iowait of 98% or more, but the web host keeps telling me... no fault found, though can't ftp or email.
totally had enough, and would like a FAST server, not bothered if shared or VPS. though it must be reliable
I currently use 400mb bandwidth per month and about 250mb space, so want a bit more BW - 5gb ..., and cpanel and about 1 gb space
I would like to pay around 30-50 $$ per month, and it must be managed.
from the many 1000s of hosts who can offer great speed, reliability,

I hate to see anyone buy a Lot more than they need. Maybe it is just a typo or maybe it is a misunderstanding. In round numbers 400 MB of bandwidth is less than 4/10 of a gig and 250 MB is a little less than 1/4 of a gig.

You should have no trouble finding a good host for a 500 MB/1 GB account.

Even if you dropped a zero from both of those numbers you should not have a problem finding a good host.
