nope, i created free online counters and it's great opportunity to me when you will use it on your site (counters are also without ads)

http://bigstats.net/hit_counters_free.html for example, and you can edit it easy, theres also js version friendly to css for now theres only online counters, soon there will be hit counters also to choose...
