CPU Power

All accounts are setup on new Dell Dual Core, Dual Xeon CPU servers.
Each server has 4 Xeon CPU cores running at 3.2 Ghz, with a total of 8 Virtual CPUs available for use by users.
All account Dell servers have 4 Gigabytes of DDR2 RAM.

That means high levels of CPU and memory resources are available to your website, resulting in a responsive, fast website, even sites with heavy PhP and MySQL content.
Uptime and Data Security

Each server has a RAID hard disk cluster. The RAID system is a redundant failover system that prevents downtime and dataloss as a result of a hard disk problem, by mirroring data in real time to other disk drives in the cluster.
We also do a daily backup to a separate backup server, mainly for the benefit of our clients should they need an older backup. We even keep weekly and monthly backups. At any one time there is normally 5 copies of your data on 3 separate hard disk drives across 2 servers.
If a server develops a hardware problem we can swap out the RAID hard drives from the problem server and put them into a standby server with a few minutes.
High uptime levels with high resource availability for websites have been the priorities in the design of the entire system.

Spam Protection

"Spam Assassin" is one software package that is included with Cpanel and gives complete user controllable from the control panel and will filter out the vast majority of spam without taking out "good" email. Webmail / Email
Our email server can be accessed by both, the convenient, web based Webmail interface (similar to Yahoo or Hotmail) and also via an email client such as Outlook Express, via PoP3, IMAP and SMTP protocols. Up to 100 email accounts of your choice can easily be created through the control panel for each domain.
Graphical Statistics
Monitoring the activity on a website is often an important and interesting activity. We offer several automatic, easy to view graphical and numeric statistics displays to track your most popular pages, number of hits, referrers and review lots of other valuable information.
Sub Domains
You can create sub domains for your main domain name easily through the control panel.
For example, if your domain is called http://www.yourdomain.com you can create sub domains like http://subdomain.yourdomain.com.

FTP
Like almost all webhosts, we offer FTP access so that you can transfer your own files to our servers. For our clients' convenience we have a 1 hour time-out for the FTP connection. This means that there is no need to keep reconnecting to the FTP server while editing and uploading your site pages.
We also offer an inbuilt file manager which can be used as a simple alternative to using an FTP client to move files to and from the server.

Adult Content / Banned Content
our Hosting does not allow the hosting of adult content. Additionally we do not allow "Warez" software pirating sites or Bit Torrent tracking sites. This decision helps to prevent our IPs from being blocked (i.e kept clean) and ensures constant fast network and server performance.
Backups
Our servers undergo regular backups so that in the event of a system failure, a backup of 24 hours old, or less, should be available to rebuild the server.
Client Privacy Concerns
Our Hosting will not divulge personal client information to third parties, at all. Clients may be contacted by our Hosting very occasionally for feedback on the level of satisfaction with our service and to provide information on service status and upcoming maintenance.
Advertising
