Just so there is no confusion as to the acceptable use of our ECONOMY account, the following limitations are imposed on each individual site that is activated under your hosting account:
Economy Account Restrictions
Economy account features which include traffic, storage and domains are considered for the account as a whole. Each individual site that is activated under your hosting account has the following limits:
1) 3gig disk space storage
2) 300gig of traffic
3) 50 POP email accounts
4) 10 FTP users
5) 5 SSH users
6) 5 MySQL databases
7) Each site activated under the hosting account must be owned and operated by you. Reselling is NOT allowed on our ECONOMY account.
All images in a Customer's hosting account must be linked to from pages within the Customer's hosting account. It is a violation of this agreement if Customer uses this account as merely a remote image, sound, video, file or backup library. Binary files such as images, video and sound (i.e MP3, WAV, RA, GIF, JPG, MPEG, AVI but not limited to those file extensions) may only account for a maximum of 50% of Customer's total bandwidth and/or storage usage before customer must upgrade to a higher performance solution.
Customers that violate any of the storage restrictions will automatically be limited to 3gig of available disk space. This would be a limit imposed on the entire hosting account, not each site.
Resource Usage
Customer may not:
a) Use 25% or more of system resources for longer then 90 seconds. There are numerous activities that could cause such problems; these include but are not limited to: CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, POP etc. At no time shall Customer use more than 15 simultaneous processes by and with any of Customer's applications and not upload any file larger than 10 megabyte (Economy account only).
b) Run any type of interactive real-time chat applications that require server resources. Remotely-hosted services are fully allowed.
c) Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server. This includes any and all daemons, such as IRCD.
d) Run any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.
e) Run any bit torrent application, tracker, or client.
f) Participate in any file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities
g) Run any gaming servers such as counter-strike, half-life, battlefield1492, etc
h) Run cron entries with intervals of less than 15 minutes
i) Run proxy services
Any violation is grounds for immediate account deactivation and removal of your files, unless otherwise specified in these policies.
