Hi, I just thought i'd better give a warning about this hosting company, I am with them still now, and i've had nothing but problems from day one, but i've had no choice seeing as they wouldn't give me a refund, despite claims of a money back guarentee. During my first month I experienced substantial downtime, and my account was suspended without warning. When I asked what was happening, I was told it was for using a pirated copy of ipb, I explained that I was using a pre 2.0 version of ipb, which many of you will know doesn't require a lisence, so obviously there was no complaints...

The support is non existant, the staff are unhelpful, the whole experience is unpleasent.

It was a huge mistake to sign up for 12 months with this company, and I seriously regret it!

freddy the facts are you a fraud and you will try con anybody who signs up with you,remember wen you suspended my site! not even a email from you! 3 days before it was back online! remember when you changed servers? no email to customers to advise them wat u were doing! 2 days offline!!!! then you try to tell me ur prices has gone up n charge me more! id only been with you 2wks! think that says it all

It has been proved that the version he is running is IPB 2.2.2 and a nulled version of it!

He is therefor suspended as we speak!

Please ignore this guy, he is full of crap! I meant his site was illegal, he then told me it wasn't and i believed him! Got it back online, and i now get this complaint.

I checked his mysql database for information and it clearly says that his version is IPB 2.2.2, when i went to his forum and viewed a Profile. He had the new IPB 2.2.2 profile look.

Hi i am the owner ov the site i have had not contact with anyone just digi to say y is my site down AGAIN. i am well not happy got up this mornig to my site gone off yet again. It as bean off more time than it as bean on .... wot is going on at all ??????? i have not got my payment back ........I AM NOT HAPPY

I was in contact with the owned a week ago, when the website was down and you were angry because i took down your illegal board!

I spoke with him about why his website had been down for 3 days and that it would be back up very soon! I apologized to him, and he took it nice!

I understand that you are seriously ill and need to see a doctor! But don't take that out on me.

Your website have now been terminated for good, and you can go and store your illegal forum and warez links somewhere else!

freddy are you not listening!!!!!!! you have just heard from owner himself who says you have not contacted him at all your digging urself a deeper hole!! freddy look ur 16/17 yrs old n think u can run a hosting site whilst sciving off school,but i will do everything possible to make sure your investigated and you will not trade again therefore people wishing to buy hosting will be safe from fraudsters like yourself so go back to school!!!!!!
