It is not often that I have found a host that I can recommend 
I have been using Real Value Hosting for over 8 months now, and I have been more than impressed! I will try to review each aspects of the service separately.
Setup - 8/10
When I signed up, they took about 3 hours to setup my reseller account and the best part is that they transferred all of my cPanel accounts to the their server, for no additional fee!
Support - 9/10 (Sorry I never give anybody 100%  )
I think support is one of the main things one should consider in a hosting company, and this is Real Value Hosting's main feature. Support is quite impressive although they provide support via only Email and Ticketing system. But I like it becuase it helps me tracking everything. It is a rare occasion that I have to talk with support, but when I do I am always satisfied.
Prices: 9/10
