I have just signed up and I got my welcome email after 2 minutes

very fast.

Can I ask how long does my free hosting account last for and can I add my own ,COM domain to this account?

Hello,
Yes. You first need to login to your hosting account and click the Domain Manager under the Manage Domains list. Then,
you will need to log into your Domain Registrars control panel and change the name servers for the domain you are adding in order to make the domain resolve to your free hosting account.
Our nameservers are:
ns1.4realhost.com
ns2.4realhost.com
After that is completed, you can add your domain by typing the domain in the box provided on the Domain Manager page.

Hi Luke,

Thats simple, I am changing my name severs now, I have a clan website thats on a very slow free host which adds adverts to my pages.

The clan have been asking for a better free host and your is VERY fast, you must have good servers! also the fact you are banner free makes your hosting very good for us.
