try and search for "web hosting list" in google you will comparison of top companies in the world . i have one from US win server one from Germany Linux server looking for one more. never had problems with any.

Try getting a VPS? It is cheap nowadays you can get it for $20-40.
Shared hosting is not really reliable.

You may also want to look into a hosting company which has been around for a few years. A new company can be a risk (50/50) and sometimes that risk can be worth your while. But if this site of yours is for business, you may want to go with someone who's been in the business for a while and knows a thing or two.

Many years ago I used Web Mania, they are extremely fast and reliable. My only problem was when it came to technical support. They seem the reply with a bog standard reply. For instance, I had problems with the Google adsense bot crawling my website. I got in touch with Google asking them to look into it for me and they said my host was blocking the ip address of the bots. So I email Web Mania to ask them explaining the problem with the bots and asked them to unblock the ip address. Web Mania replied telling me how to submit my website to Google.

Another host that I suggest is Pastilles Networks. I currently use them and have done so for the last couple of years. Their technical support is amazing and best of all they are reasonably cheap.
