What does RAM have to do with Web hosting accounts? It's dynamically allocated by the operating system and would be retarded to partition RAM to individual accounts.

It's not shared hosting it's a VPS Virtual Private Server basically semi dedicated server. You can't do anything with 128mb ram. You need at least 512 mb ram to run cpanel right. Maybe few small sites but no busy forums etc.

I know that. But VPS hosting, I think, shouldn't waste time with memory partitions. Just keep the servers supplied.
