I am pretty new to my VPS so this question is probably answered easily. I set up my nameservers on my whm ns1.redkeyhosting.com and ns2... and I am fairly sure I set up my child nameservers on godaddy where the domain is correctly. My main domain shows up correctly but any extra domains using the new nameservers I set up say they cannot find the server. Any Suggestions?

Your current domain might shows up ok because it's cached on your ISP resolver...

Could you give us your main domain name, and an example of another who don't work right now ?

Everything seems ok to me...
I see that on your main:
Quote:
Trying "redkeyhosting.com"
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 52590
;; flags: qr rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 2, AUTHORITY: 0, ADDITIONAL: 2

;; ANSWER SECTION:
redkeyhosting.com. 170875 IN NS ns2.redkeyhosting.com.
redkeyhosting.com. 170875 IN NS ns1.redkeyhosting.com.

;; ADDITIONAL SECTION:

ns2.redkeyhosting.com. 172706 IN A 72.232.76.29

Received 103 bytes from 62.2.17.60#53 in 27 ms
and it seems well formatted.
When I try on contemplatingcompo I got:
Quote:
Trying "contemplatingtempo.com"
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 45455
;; flags: qr rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 3, AUTHORITY: 0, ADDITIONAL: 2

ns1.redkeyhosting.com. 172636 IN A 72.232.76.28

Received 138 bytes from 62.2.17.60#53 in 12 ms
And it indicates that contemplatingtempo.com have a record that points to 72.232.76.28
When I ping it, I have got
Quote:
ping www.contemplatingtempo.com
PING contemplatingtempo.com (72.232.76.28) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from vps2.bryonphillips.com (72.232.76.28): icmp_seq=1 ttl=46 time=157 ms
64 bytes from vps2.bryonphillips.com (72.232.76.28): icmp_seq=2 ttl=46 time=155 ms
64 bytes from vps2.bryonphillips.com (72.232.76.28): icmp_seq=3 ttl=46 time=176 ms
Which indicate that it goes to the good server. Trying www, I see that it have a cname to that same adress, but no catch-all, as "ping xdgfsdg.contemplatingtempo.com" fail.

And when I try to go to contemplatingtempo.com, I've got this:
Quote:
test
So, I don't see no problem on my end...

Once a dns is cached along the line (like at your ISP) it can take up to 48 hours (24 is more normal) before the new information is available.

So when you try you are getting the old dns info. Try it through a proxy site and you should see what I saw.

The rule here is NEVER visit a domain you are about to change the NS for. If you follow that advice and wait 30 minutes after you change them you should see the changes the first time you try.

Could be.
If you use your isp dns's resolver, they are caching dns infos.

Try to use another open dns resolver, or something like http://www.tracert.com/resolver.html to test these domains.

A list of (maybe still, maybe not) open resolver/server:
