My understanding of the the mod_negotiation module comes from Content Negotiation Explained in Apache Weekly.
My question is regarding the use of variants files and request URIs. Can I somehow use content negotiation when the URI of two resources is different? Say I have these two files: The Enligsh /cookiejar.en.html and the Norwegian equivalent: /kakeboks.nb.html. How would I use content negotiation to determine the best result for the user?
