You can choose to blow your money, but if I were you, I would avoid it. Unlimited is impossible with bandwidth. Have you heard of a server capable of handling billions of TBs per month? No. But Unlimited says that it can, but we know that is not possible.
It'd be much wiser for you to use that 17 dollars on a good hosting company rather than paying 5 bucks and having to stay up all night trying to get a simple problem solved.
People frown upon hosts like DreamHost for overselling. Unlimited is crazy.
They're claiming to provide unmetered bandwidth. Now that's a bit different. It just means that they won't meter how much bandwidth you use. I've seen webhosts who do this and be very successful.
If you really want it, I suggest you check out Yupapa.com as they provide excellent service with unmetered bandwidth on a shared 10Mbps connection.
But really, I'd say that hosts that actually give you service for your buck would be the best bet.

Hopefully this website will help you immensely on your decision.

P.S. I've been with the WHT community since 2003, so I have some knowledge in this area. So hope my reply helped.
