I hope this is the correct forum for posting this!

Me and a friend want to start an internet business that is based on recurring monthly subscription payments. In return for the payment, we will send the customer a monthly newsletter with certain fresh information enclosed.

I'm wondering how to best achieve this from a technical viewpoint.

I've heard that Aweber is wonderful for capturing names and sending out newsletters, but obviously it doesn't have a payment processing system.

I've heard that PayDotCom processes subscription payments very conveniently through Paypal, but I'm assuming it doesn't have a newsletter or autoresponder service.

Would it be possibly to set up a Paypal button on the website (powered by PayDotCom), and then after payment is completed redirect the customer to an Aweber autoresponder page where I capture their email and name for newsletter dispatch information?

Or any other suggestions?

I wrote a custom PHP / MySQL renewal module but it's way too kludged-up for wholesale distribution.
