thats for now, they have the most horrible service ever... Once my server HDD crashed (and I been getting cpanel errors that's going to bout 2 months prior happenin, all they said to me was that everything's fine with the hdd and cpanel is mistakin) so after it crashed they installed a new HDD and all my data was lot on the old HDD, after days of contacting supports I managed to get backup of my biggest site, but that was it. Really a bad experiance, then I switched to ev1 which I'm happy with...

I am sorry for that, but as layered tech is a total unmanaged service, it is our problem to take backups.

Once I needed chasis replacement, and they did it in only 10 minutes. Plus they allways reply to the tickets in a manner of minutes.

when you have HDD failing, and you know it's going to fail, its best to fix your roof when its sunny outside right? ...

Hah! Same here but I have more than one

1 dedicated server at LT. I also had a VPS but I recently let it go.

Just one vps, for shared hosting!

For you guys with more than one server, I assume you have them also located in different parts of the country etc.?

Most of my servers are hosted in the same state.

However, I do believe I have some not far from the others..
