I'm trying to do some homework before getting a new server. I have used both cPanel and Plesk in the past, but wanted to get some of your views on each, and of course which one you prefer and why.

Stay very far away from Plesk

I live by CPanel. It's a lot more secure now then it used to be and it has some really great features. I would definitely go that route if I were you.

I hate both... Don't get me wrong, Cpanel is an ok CP, but Cpanel Inc. is really getting on my nerves
I have CPanel on my dedicated server, and for the second time this year they have messed up my IP and now Cpanel doesn't work since it doesn't recognize the licence... This started 3 days ago, and it still hasn't been fixed. This is just to give you a look at the "support" at Cpanel Inc.
