http://cwhnetworks.com/ offers free web hosting with C Panel. There are a few others, but I think offer ads.

Fact is you won't find much free, that will fit your quality needs, so choose carefully.

Any others?

Check out Aboho.

Its got a small space limit of 35 mb, but it has tons of features including:
