As far as i know the host has never been down. I know the guy who owns it and he is a great guy, really friendly and will help you out if you have technical difficulties or you are a first time buyer and dont know what to do.

Their average answering time is about 12hours although they aim to answer all emails within 24 hours.
The staff are very qualified and as such i hired the owner of the company as my technical director on my website and the network i manage (www.gknetworks.org)
