Well I'm trying to order hosting from dreamhost but you can only use cc when using a coupon. I'm poor so the 97$ I save is a lot for me. Is there any way to get past this without having to order a cc? Ccs aren't that common in the country I live in so not even my parents have one.

Unfortunately DreamHost doesn't allow customers to pay with PayPal when using promo codes anymore. I guess they were getting too many chargebacks.
