What sort of budget are you looking at?

For cheap

I would go with colo4jax.com they are pretty cheap and have a good network considering it's single homed to cogent.

For slightly more expensive but top notch network and support I would go for voxel.net

Theres quite a few cheap ones to pick from however most are plagued with duplex issues and packet loss.

one thing you have to understand is there really is no such thing as "unmetered" yea you can get unmetered but if your site gets popular then you will bog the line down and start slowing others on the line down as well.. if you go over a certain amount mbps you will get charged extra $$

It really depends on your budget.. I mean.. you can get 10mbps 'unmetered' for pretty cheap.. 10mbps gets you about 3000 GB~
