Who are you sending the email too? The best thing to do if it gets tagged as spam in say gmail is to view the email headers and see why.
However if you cannot do that I would suggest you check,
- Reverse DNS
- Blacklists (dnsstuff has a tool to check all the well known blacklists)
- SPF Records
- Headers you are sending (That includes from address, generic ones like noreply@ will get tagged as spam by some of the larger email providers such as hotmail)
I assume your last part would be for help after you searched, I would be careful with such things most of them either send you to other companys to send the email for you or send you to "good lists" were esentially you can pay a fee to send email which you shouldn't have to do anyway.
