Your upload problem;
You need your FTP username & password along with the FTP upload URL, Godaddy should have provided you with this information.
Then you will need a FTP Client such as FileZilla, SmartFTP or CoreFTP.
Set up whichever client you choose with the FTP details, point it to the files to upload and upload them.
