Subdomain & hosting problem

Hi, i don't know where to post my question since i'm not allowed to start a new thread; and this topic is closest to my problem, so i'll try here.
I have a domain and hosting account with godaddy, and they give me 25 free subdomains. I created a subdomain but i don't know how to upload content to it, and their interface is so **** technical i don't understand nothing. The only option i found is to forward it. Maybe i need another hosting account? When i type the address in my browser it display a blank page, no errors. Should i create a directory for it in my FTP client file (i use their FTP )? What will be his name? His FTP address?
I'm totally confused. I asked them and they answered something about adding an aliased domain, and of course with an extra purchase. Then why do i need 25 subdomains for free if i can't use them?
I am so sorry i got involved with Godaddy, they focus 90% and selling you some more, and only 10% on helping you use what you bought. But now i'm here and i should try to make the best of it....
So please, any advice on how to use my subdomains?
Have mercy cause i'm a newbie to all this.

Thanks,
Rod

Thank you for contacting online support. Unfortunately you cannot put 'www' in front of a subdomain.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please let us know if we can help you in any other way.

This might be the answer to your question: http://help.godaddy.com/article/297

Always try to find your answer in the host's FAQ/Knowledgebase, then, if that doesn't help, contact support. If that doesn't help, it can be that you're not asking the question correctly, but it can also mean that support is not good enough for your needs, and changing hosts could help.

Good luck, let us know how it goes!

Thanks a lot,
i guess i don't know how ask the question or how to search for what i need cause i spent hours on their FAQ and help page, until my eyes crossed
I guess godaddy is much too technical for my two brain cells left.

So thanks again for the great job you do in here.
Let me know when you open your hosting service....
