As I understand it, you are trying to contact other people in your group who are serving as webmasters on your site, and their accounts are sending your mail to their spam folders. Have the group members place your email address in their address books or white lists. You should perhaps post a note to your site asking people who expect to receive mail from you to whitelist the domain you are sending from.
I have run into problems, too, sending from my ISP mailbox, but calling it "from" the address at my domain. AOL and others filter for incoming mail whose domain and the actual IP address do not match. Spammers have used this trick all too often to hide their real identity, so now I originate all my mail from the IP of my domain.
