I'm running the newest version 3.xxx and I keep getting the same error no matter what I do. The error is: 502 port mismatch. PORT command tainted by router or firewall. I've re-configured my firewall (even tried shutting it off) but there's nothing to configure on my Westell 327 Versalink Gateway Router/DSL Modem.
Also, to narrow down the problem, try connecting via Internet Explorer or whatever other FTP program you have. If you can't connect with those, then its a connectivity issue; if however you can connect, you have a dodgy setting in FileZilla.
