I have an issue in my website. I have hosted a forum in ixwebhosting using vbulletin software. Often I am getting TCP Error message. It make me unable to access the website. Many members also complaining.
WHere would be the problem exists? In server of the wbsite?

After several seconds of serious deliberation and based on the information that is available to actually diagnose this problem. ....

mmh.. My plan is in IX Webhosting. Made several complain. Still they are saying that diognosing. From their part it is ok. From our side.. ???? We cannot say ok. We are losing the service.
Can you suggest me a good hosting provider? What do you think about godaddy? do you have any experience with them?
I have used Surpasshosting.com's Shared hosting for a few years, and I have never had any problems but what they are on top of it and have me back up. Perl, PHP, SSI, cpanel, and lots of room. Apache server on a Linux platform.
What kind of space/bandwidth/control panel are you looking for?
