I take it that you bought a domain name from one company and bought a hosting package from another.
You now would need to log into your registrar's control panel (where you bought the name (e.g., www.example.com) and enter the domain name server information provided by the hosting company.
Give that several hours to a day to propagate through the DNS and your hosted page goes live on the Internet, so that everyone who visits your site sees your page..
While you are waiting for all of that to take effect, you can log in to your hosting company's control panel and set up email accounts and use ftp to upload your site files to the host's servers.
Of course, there is the whole process of what you want to publish on the site and how you want to display it. I maintain a fairly complex site which grew from a single page in the early days of its life as I read tutorials and learned more about the whole process. I have been doing something with the site for fifteen years, so I have managed to accumulate a pretty good amount of procedural knowledge, and have been able to rewrite the site to display the content in a new style over the matter of a few weeks.
