The cpanel ports are 2082 or 2083 ( if SSL is enabled).

You may access the cpanel through browser via domainname/cpanel or domainname:2082

Note that Manoj's answers are correct. You may also need these if you are using them WHM part of cpanel. They are 2086 and 2087

Note that 2087 and 2083 will only work with https://, the other two will only work with http://. If you get that backwards you will get an error.
