Nope! Only the ones on the same IP which is NOT the same thing.

Servers can have MANY IPs

Even if the server has many IPs, two domains resolved to the same IP still will "reside" on the same server. Of course if you are not talking about local networks.

Obviously, but using a reverse DNS lookup you will only find the websites that have PTR records for that IP. You will NOT find websites that are on the server but on a different IP. Also any websites that are on the same IP but do NOT have PTR records will not be shown.

It is the wording of the not so unique "tool" I was commenting on, as it is misleading.
