Backup database > restore it on the new site. Easy as chips.

You need to have you DB dumbed and backaped for sure. If you ask you new wenb host for help I believe they will do that with pleasure

Assuming you are not the first on that. You need to repair your database first and the skin. Vbuletin is paid and I assume it has ready scripts for that.

easy to say may be! but its compatibility is paramount! Its always troublesome to do those kind of migration, but with your patience and knowledge you can do it!
