Hi Friends,

I have received a mail from my hosting server site about the data loss of my domain e.g. ( directory type of domain made in php ). How can i will recovery the lost data. This is happening at the time of old server to shifting the new server. I have no backup in my local folder.


Plz suggest how will i recovery the domains content and other backup.

Change hosting companies.
Any host that "loses" clients data while moving servers shouldn't be in the hosting business.

If you have no backup, and your host company didn't make a backup before moving, then it's gone.

Also check the hosts terms and conditions, because you may find the host either gaurentees a back up in which case you can get one or they might remove liability for backups (which really all clever hosts should do to cover their backsides) in which case you cant do anything.
