Hi all,
My webhost recently went through an upgrade to their system. I did have everything working ok before the upgrade, but now every .htm page is asking to download insted of opening. I use a mime:
Code:
application/x-httpd-php htm html
to use some php code on my htm pages. I think the problem lies within the mime somewhere, but I just don't know. I've tried playing with different combonations of mimes and handlers, but I got nothin'.
I've sent in a help ticket to the host and they came back with changing permissions, which haven't worked. So I thought I'd try the webmaster community for suggestions as well.
Firefox, Chrome and IE all want to download the file. IE gave me the error of: "Windows does not recognize this MIME type" So that's why I think it may be in the mime.
Thanks for any help!
