I looked at forum software, but I couldn't find any that shows all conversation threads on the same page.

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I only know of two forums/bulletin boards that are used widely, Snitz forum and Web Wiz Forum, and it doesn't have the footprint of either of those.

It looks like a custom and simple forum script for me. I know similar script written in Perl, but this one is written in ASP

I think its a custom made script developed by a programmer in ASP. If you would like to have this type of site then you will have to develop your own script.

Its a custom made forum script. But its looks are not so impressive. Best option is to try scripts from phpbb.
