Hi all, I had a flash website created by a company and was previously on a shared hosting plan. Have since moved to a dedicated server and now my deep linking on the website is not working. Does anyone know whether this is a common problem on dedicated servers? My server uses the Plesk o/s. Any help?

Any help
Absolutely none at all.

I'd suggest you tell us something we could use to find what the problem might be.

BTW Plesk is a Control Panel NOT an Operating System.

Chris is right, we need some information about your system:

What server software was your shared host running? Apache on Linux? IIS on Windows? etc.

What is the server software and operating system on the new dedicated server?

You are using a Plesk control panel now. Is that a change from before, and if so, what control panel did you have before?

A link to your site might let us answer a few questions, as for instance, you may be writing in HTML, you may be using PHP, using a content manager software, such as a wiki or wordpress, etc.

An example of the deep linking that you are having an issue with?

We will be happy to help if we can. Chris is a man of few words, but rest assured he knows his stuff, if you give him half a chance.

Cheers
