What can be said of the named technology, offered by hostv provider at their servers?

Has anybody experienced or used this beackup at your servers? I was told it is one of the best technologies, is that true?

I need secure and reliable backup, and your help would be appreciated.

really what changes on your site daily.... Make one full back up of everything, then once a week i only back up.....

thats all that changes on my site then make a scrip that will back it on on the server. forget all that

For back up I use manual steps ... make zip of all my file and take database dump of the sql
