Do I need to search for specific softwares or programs like Dreamweaver are enough as soon as you know them well???

You can develop the site using ASP.Net or PHP. However, you can build the web site through Dreamweaver as you can write the code or asp.net or php on dreamweaver.

or you can just use a prebuild dating website i used to use a website script awhile back which was quite good called osdate just google it and you will find their website
