Has anyone in the past used Live Zilla to monitor traffic through your website, and also have the ability to chat with your customers through your website? I installed in back in November of last year, and it messed with my stats like crazy. I was averaging about 200 unique visits per day, then all of a sudden it bumped to 16000+ per day. Anyone else have that problem? If so, and you still use it, how did you fix it?

No idea about livezilla. for perfect anaysis google analytics is best and not even awastats in cpanel..

Can you chat with your customers with it?

With Live Zilla you can see real time traffic, and also chat with them. They can chat with you if they want to.

Google analytic is much better for traffic monitoring.

Livezilla should not have any problem with website statistics. I have been using myself since a year now. Never had this problem before. You might have to reinstall the setup.
