Alright, here's a few answers:
1) The web hosting market is so over saturated, that it basically comes down to preference. There are hundreds of web hosting providers, all very; reputable, reliable, and in essence "good". Have a look around, talk to a few hosts, contact support, and decide for yourself. Know that one customers experience is almost never a reflection of the kind of experience you'll receive. It's all based on preference - and how you like being handled. Again, have a look around.
2) Be creative with the domain name, and try to keep it simple. The easier to remember, the better.
3) If you have some time on your hands, you can search the forums and pick up a little bit of HTML, CSS, and PHP - and attempt to design a website. There are plenty of people at Webmaster-Talk that can assist you with that. If you have more money than time, you can certainly hire someone to work on the website for you. Again, there are plenty of people here that would be glad to take your mo... I mean, help you out  .
