Hello Everyone.

I am having a terrible time getting my 301 redirect to work and I need help

The website I have is http://xtremelimoz.com and I want everyone to be routed to http://[URL="http://www.xtremelimoz.com/"]www.xtremelimoz.com[/URL]

The site is designed in Joomla and has Cpanel

This is what I have done so far

Accessed Cpanel -> File Manager (Show Hidden Files) -> Public.html files -> .htaccess (edit code)

The code looks like this

# -FrontPage-
IndexIgnore .htaccess */.??* *~ *# */HEADER* */README* */_vti*
<Limit GET POST>
order deny,allow
deny from all
allow from all
</Limit>
<Limit PUT DELETE>
order deny,allow
deny from all
</Limit>
AuthName xtremelimoz.com
AuthUserFile /home/xtremeli/public_html/_vti_pvt/service.pwd
AuthGroupFile /home/xtremeli/public_html/_vti_pvt/service.grp

# beginning of line), reload your site in your browser and test your sef url's. If they work,
# it has been set by your server administrator and you do not need it set here.

Try this out:

Code:
RewriteEngine on
rewritecond %{http_host} ^xtremelimoz.com [nc]
rewriterule ^(.*)$ http://www.xtremelimoz.comt/$1 [r=301,nc]
