Hi All,

I'm working on the load time of my pages and by using Firebug I got to result of 85/100.

The main warning that I get is:
"Parallelize downloads across hostnames.
Increase download parallelization by distributing these requests across multiple hostnames"

Can anyone explain me what it's mean and how to solve it?

Thank you,

Amir

Fast enough for me in Thailand, here are the response times from America.
1google.com 8.02 KB 0.28 seconds 0.04 seconds
2yahoo.com 119.44 KB 0.68 seconds 0.01 seconds
3amir2000.nl/ 11.85 KB 0.45 seconds 0.04 seconds

Assume yahoo must be on that server looking at their serve time.

Im am looking to do the same thing with my new site redesign.
I want to have a site that will last the next 4 years atleast to help with customer recognition rather than changing yearly and losing customers because they are unfamiliar with the layout, and to have the fastest most technically advanced site in my niche.

My main question is as I understand how its suppose to work, is can I add another domain to my existing hosting account or would it be best to serve it from another seperate account/server, for it to work more efficiently.

For those that aren't sure how it works, basically a users browser is limited to a certain amount of http requests it can make at one time per domain(generally 2-6 unless its modified), so by hosting content (ie. html, css, js, images) over seperate domains you can increase the site speed by increasing the amount requests it can make at one time.
The Disadvantage would be adding another DNS lookup.
Dont shoot me if Im wrong, I still consider myself as a noob.
