I've just signed up a client with Constant Contact and I'm frustrated with the rigid template Constant Contact provides for it's sign up form. I'd like to add three very simple things to the Constant Contact sign-up form: (1) More text in the questions and more space for answers; (2) a check-box list so new subscribers can check all that apply to describe their jobs; (2) a largish map which can be expanded for a larger view (I'd probably use the "Lightbox" effect for this) because we ask people to tell us in which geographic region they work -- most people will have to look this up, so being able to consult a map at the time of signing up would be very helpful.
I can do all of the above in a simple PHP form but this won't get the sign-ups into Constant Contact. I checked the Constant Contact Developer website but can't find an answer to a question this simple. Does anyone have experience with this and can anyone tell me how this is done?
