Who knows? Maybe your host will help you, but if you don't know how to solve server and programming issues, you'll probably have to hire someone or else switch hosts.

Based on all of the foregoing, your best bet is to dump justhost and go with another hosting company.

I once was offered virtually the same service for a little more than one-third the cost of my existing hosting plan by a new startup. With my existing host, Surpass Hosting dot com, I have never had a security issue on my shared hosting plan.

I struggled to maintain an ftp connection to the new host's server long enough to post my site's files, then switched my dns to point to the new server. The site got wiped in short order, and I pointed my dns back to my original host.

I found myself offering as much advice to the hosting company about improving their helpdesk as I might usually receive, and wound up getting my money back.

I still host my site with Surpass Hosting.

Call them up and say to them . FIX IT!

Or as others have said. Move on.
Theres a few guys on here who run hosting for "cheap as chips" and you will probably get a better service from them.
( And probably a deal )
