Hi,

I am doing a website for my friends business and hosting it on my hosting package with startlogic.

However, when you search the business name it does not come up on google with his business website address it comes up like http://www.myhostingpackage.com/businesswebsite instead of http://www.businesswebsite.com

Can anyone help me correct this?

Yes I have added them correctly to the index page.

But google always fines my folder and the index file and displays my hosting address / the folder instead of the domain name of the website.

Its irratating me as I contact Startlogic and they said I have to contact google for each domain its doing this with.

Please make sure you have used the proper meta tags, keywords in your friends web site and also submitted your web site to free search engines like, google, yahoo, MSN etc.

It has NOTHING to do with any of that.
