My friend has a site with 1m visits per day.. She say that Freebsd is more stable than other linux distributives. What you can say ?

Centos or Fedora which are both RedHat Linux derivatives would be my choices.

FreeBSD is actually a UNIX clone rather than a Linux derived OS

Having said that all three are stable.
