I'm still new to most of this. Thing I'd like to know is if I should block the two (foreign) search engines from running their bots and spiders from accessing my website. Had a few problems last month when the Chinese added some php file to the home directory of the website. We are local and do not plan on doing any international business. I've heard some of these foreign robots and spiders are rather evil in their intentions. I've subsequently deleted the bogus file, and I monitor the IPs logged as visitors to my website and have started denying them access. They are less persistent than before, but they are still trying to access the deleted files. Any help is much appreciated.
