I installed Xampp package on my 'localhost' and designed a website with it (In my computer) . How to publish my website to web? what are the steps?

Static site just upload all the files in the folder via FTP.

Database sites require that the config file be updated to reflect the server names.

Download Any FTP software, I use FileZilla,
Then type your host login info and look for the "public_html" folder, which will be your root of your site, now upload your files in that folder, and !!! your new site is live.
