Hello, is there any programs out there that backup a website, and mysql database? I just bought an external hard drive and want to make complete monthly backups of my sites. With a Mysql backup and a complete file backup. Any suggestions for programs would be appreciated!

I'd suggest phpMybackupPro. It's free and open source. It's primary goal is backing up MySQL databases. But it also has built in support for backing up all your files over ftp.

Is your server windows or linux?

Try Handy Backup, it's a website backup program with a mysql backup and a complete file backup.
