I am running a porn tube script on a VPS from vpslatch.com
But the site is loading extremely slow

Try to take a look at my ping results:

Read the forum rules No adult urls
the first item that is being loaded which apears to be my domain takes about 16 seconds to load.

all the other items on my site load in an acceptable manner. My domain is registered at goDaddy.com i have been talking to the support at vpslatch.com but they dont seem to be able to fix the problem

If anyone have any idea what can be causing this i would be very grateful

You didn't give any specifications of your VPS and script so its hard to say whats wrong.

Some common steps to find the problem are:

Check your VPS RAM and CPU usage during your site loading. It should be much lower than your limits.

Check mysql usage. Adult scripts are very unoptimized usually.

Use nginx webserver instead of apache on VPS. Its using not so much system resources.

Also check if your script is not loading something from 3rd party sites. They can be inaccessible and it will result slow page rendering.

Ads are mostly the "slow asses"

I think that the problem is in your VPS performance, maybe you should think about its upgrading, although it's just a guess
