I am looking for a script, program, or something that will help do the following. We are developing a large software for a non profit organization and we need a project manager.
Here's what were looking for:
Key:
[Deal breaker] - Must have feature
[Ideal] - An ideal feature. We can make due w/o, but would rather not
[Wish] - Would be really nice to have, but can use a solution w/o it.
Features:
[Deal breaker] Ability for PHP to open tickets/issues automatically. (via API, Direct database access, etc)
[Deal breaker] Must be easily used by a very small developer community.
(for example: I've played with dotProject, and it's so overly-complicated to open an issue, or to track the progress of improvements)
[Ideal] Integration with Subversion (so you can correlate a bug fix with a specific update to the source code)
[Ideal] Way for public to issue 'feature requests' / bug reports
[Wish] Way for public to track their requests / bug reports (so people can "see" the web team working)
Anything that comes to mind with this would be greatly appreciated!
