Im looking for a way top sync a directory with another directory

public_html/audiogee/crm Sync From
public_html/audiogee/crm_backup Sync To
but need to exclude one file is that possible? config.php in the crm folder

And a mysql database

audiogee_crm Sync From
audiogee_crm_backup To

I suppose that your config.php file do the dirty syn job,
so the thing here is how to run every X time the task, isn't?

I used this link, to learn how to set up a cron job, y can run a file adding the path after all the tabs.
