Running on the server script files to hide/block to lack of access..

For example;
Root is in the "lib" file inside the block. Customer, "lib" file not enter..

I'm not even sure what or question is. Can you clarify what you're trying to do and what it has to do with PHP?

I do not think that an interest in PHP. Sorry thread was open wrong location.. The server root-directory, in entering inside the "lib" folder, I want to block/no-access folder..

This happens it possible?

Do you want to block access to folder by other users? It can be done by declaring Group, Owner and Permissions. For example you can use WinSCP for this actions.
